Having spent two weeks zigzagging across the U.S. , I found myself at the Fairfield Inn By Marriott Kalamazoo West, and I was pleasantly surprised! The warm ambiance of the hotel made us feel right at home, particularly due to the hospitality of the staff—special shoutout to Amy, who truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Our family basked in the enjoyment of the indoor pool while I appreciated the slow start to the day with the hotel’s surprisingly tasty complimentary breakfast, including those delightful cheese omelets. I must say, the king-size suite was a dream—it provided ample space and a soft bed that guaranteed the best sleep of my trip. Though I experienced a hiccup with my reservation initially, it didn’t overshadow the overall comfort of the property. Just a stone's throw from the freeway and near local shops, this hotel is a solid choice whether you're traveling for work or leisure. I’d definitely return on my next visit!
